HEADS UP: This is one of the most gruesome, hard charging shoot’em up bang bang you have seen in a long time!!
I had no idea what I was in for and quite frankly I was pleasantly surprised. But then again I like these kinds of movies too.

As I mentioned above in the HEADS UP, you can see that the Rotten Tomatoes ratings reflect exactly what I’m saying. Critics hated it and Public loved it!
The great cinematography and camera work actually contributed to elevating this film. As they progressed through the film the character introductions along with the writing and directing gave it a Quentin Tarantino feel. Who doesn’t like QT….LOL.
In the beginning, the animated characters bothered me and I was beginning to loose interest. However as Mads Mikkelsen’s character came into play, the story rapidly convinced me to stay with this and see where it’s going - turning me into a big fan.
So despite my initial concerns I ended up loving this B-grade film. If you have the stomach for this, give it a look….you might just come away enjoying it like I did.
