Being the WESTERN MOVIE buff that I am and having time on my hands, I lucked up on this very intriguing film. Had no idea what I was getting into, but man-O-man was I pleasantly surprised.
It never ceases to amaze me how the film industry can make a good movie, then do nothing to promote it?
The backdrop for this film was the 1900s and the film does an amazing job of creating action and suspense without relying on an overload of special effects.
This filmmaker clearly understood to make an intriguing film, the story has to trump everything else. He definitely did in this film.
The film focuses on character and plot development. Leaving out what other movies get so wrong, allowing this movie to get it right.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying that the script is all this movie has to offer. The cast delivers a quality performance and the action sequences are about as real as they get in the stark reality of a different time in our history.
My opinion - Whether or not you are a Western fan, this is a film well worth your time. Check out the Trailer Below, you’ll see what I mean.
